 So I bought party balloons near me a  while back at a balloons wholesale supplier while on holiday,but the filling station for helium and air were faulty at the time . They told me that I can bring them back the following day to be filled free of charge of course as I purchased  it with them, the catch was I was on my way back home at the time and bought them because the next morning we were  having a party for the little one back home. I took them any way because it was exactly what we needed and were afraid if we give it back and start looking for the exact same one back home we might not find what we were looking for.
